Preparation & Briefing
We begin by establishing the project framework – design scope, timelines and budget. Our primary focus at this stage is on understanding our clients ideas and needs.
Concept Design
The team will start to develop and present the overall scheme and approximate layouts for the client to start visualizing the design.
Spatial Coordination
With a good understanding of the layout, we start exploring options that will work for the space including furniture, joinery and materials.
Technical Design
The focus is on finalising important decisions including layouts, materials and joinery so that technical drawings can be completed and approved.
Manufacturing & Construction
We understand that construction can be overwhelming, so our clients receive regular progress reports and site visits to ensure the project is running smoothly.
Final styling & Handover
At this stage we create the finished look, coordinating the delivery and installation of furnishings procured on your behalf, and completing the styling and dressing of the property.
